Dr Sati Lall has been working as a GP in the Medway South area since completing her GP training at Reach Healthcare achieving a MRCGP with distinction in April 2008. She returned as a salaried GP in 2008 and became a GP Partner in 2012. She was formally appointed by member practices as Clinical Director of Medway South Primary Care Network. Her role is to support collaborative working across the practices, workforce development and most importantly improve the quality of care provided to all our patients.
She is keen to work with patients on co-designing local services and with the wider network of organisations, such as social care and the voluntary sector. During Covid she has worked with PCN practices, to ensure that all patients have continued to access Primary Care, in particular the routine immunisation programme. She has been instrumental in delivering the Covid Vaccine Programme across Medway South, Rochester and Strood working with the other Clinical Directors.
Outside of work, she has two children who take up most of her spare time.
