The following online services are available to patients in the Medway South PCN.

NHS App

The NHS App is a new way for patients to connect to the surgery and other NHS services. For example, you can:

  • Get your NHS COVID-19 Pass - People who want to travel abroad can now use the NHS App to show they have been fully vaccinated.
  • Get advice about coronavirus
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Get health advice
  • Securely view your GP health record
  • Review and register your organ donation decision
  • Choose how the NHS uses your data

Download it FREE from the Apple Store (Apple device) or the Google Play Store (Android device)

When you register in the app, there will be a series of checks to confirm your identity. You WILL NOT have to go into your surgery to register if you have a passport or photo card driving licence.

You can choose to log in using fingerprint recognition, facial recognition or username and password of your choice.

You can now also access NHS App services from the browser on your desktop or laptop computer.

Patient Access

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • Book and Cancel appointments
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • Manage your pharmacy nomination
  • Get health advice leaflets and videos
  • View your GP medical record

You will need a unique ID and password to create an account. Please speak to a member of your practices reception team next time you call or visit your surgery and they can provide you with this. You will be asked for proof of identify, i.e. a passport, driving licence or proof of address.

Patient access is also available to use as an app. Click on the links below to download to your device.

You can still contact your Practice by phone, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time.
